Payment Policy
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express. PayPal or Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment.
Our credit card service provider, Shopify, allows us to accept credit card payments, however, do note that there may be an international charge on your credit card if ordering outside of North America. We are unable to refund and exchange rate or international transaction charges.
If you have a promotion code, please enter it in the shopping cart page in the ‘Discount’ field and click on ‘Apply’. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotion code for the same purchase order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
Exchange Rates:
Your order will be charged in USD and converted by whatever payment type you paid with at the exchange rate they designate. If you want to know what the exchange rate is before you buy, please contact your credit card company or for general exchange rates please see http://www.xe.com/.
Customs and Duties Charges:
Although rare, Neuro Health cannot control any duties or shipping charges incurred when a shipment is sent to customers in receiving countries. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is declined for delivery and/or returned to us in resellable condition, it will be applicable for a refund minus shipping charges.
Price Changes:
The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
