VITAMIN B12 – The form of vitamin B12 that is in Neuro Health is also known as Methylcobalamin or as Methyl B12.

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID – Alpha Lipoic Acid is a type of antioxidant that helps prevent damage to the body’s cells.

BENFOTIAMINE – Benfotiamine is a fat soluble version of vitamin B1 which allows it to remain in your system longer.

VITAMIN D3 – Vitamin D3 can help promote a significant decrease in the symptoms and signs of diabetic neuropathy.

VITAMIN C – Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, has strong antioxidant properties that protect parts of cells.

FOLATE – (as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate acid) 5-MTHF is the most important active form of folate.  Many people aren’t able to produce this form of folic acid, due to liver dysfunction or intestinal issues. Folate ( Folic Acid ) may alleviate symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in diabetics by improving circulation.

VITAMIN B2 – Vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin, is important factor in nerve health.

VITAMIN B6 – Vitamin B6 is an important nutrient because of it’s interaction with nerves.

There have been numerous clinical trials using the ingredients these supplements and they have been found to be safe and well tolerated, and effective in reducing symptoms. In rare instances, some may experience these mild side effects:

Usually you will feel something within 7-10 days. If you do not get relief after 30 days, please contact us and we will refund your money.

We charge $4.95 for most orders shipped within the USA. (We offer free shipping on Two Pack Orders shipped within the USA). There is an additional cost of Expedited Shipping which varies based on location and quantity ordered.

For international shipping, our rates are calculated based on package weight and will vary by country. Depending on your country, international orders can take an extra 2-4 weeks to arrive.

We have two warehouses. One is located in Greenfield IN and the other is located in Evergreen CO. Typically orders west of the Mississippi ship from Colorado and East ship from Indiana. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day.

Your order is processed and shipped out the day we receive it or latest by the next business day. It is shipped by First Class Mail and normally takes from 2-4 business days to arrive within the continental USA. Rush shipments can be arranged either selecting expedited shipment when you checkout or by calling our (888) 328-1110 between 9:00am and 5:00pm MST, Monday through Friday.
